karatetigerguy[Since he's a minor npc who appears in only one stage and doesn't have any actual effect on the plot of the games, this is going to be headcanon heavy.]
Name: Utsunomiya Hirotsuna (yeah it's a mouthful :/)
Age: 20ish
Personality: He's a wannabe martial artist who wants to be an awesome samurai (even though he techinically IS a samurai already). Unfortunately, he's a bit of a scatterbrain and probably got all his ideas about martial arts frombad movies old folktales. It's not that he's stupid, but rather that Hirotsuna doesn't think things through. He only thinks about step one instead of step two. Hence why he will use fog attacks, yet not think about the fact that his own men can't see in the fog either. He also does things like saying he hates the cold, even though his element is ice and will forget his badass tiger's name.
He likes to model himself on those martial artists who are strong both mentally and physically, but it's obvious he's not quite there. His ideas are good, but he's too much of an airhead to follow through.
He has huge maneating pet tigers he sics on people and cuddles with in his spare time. And he can never remember their names, because he's a dork like that.
Abilities: Good at spear fighting and using ice elemental abilities. Able to tame and control huge ass man eating battletigers. He also knows a few different forms of kung fu and karate, but his lack of follow through means that he's only a begginner. Also has the same level of basic endurance and strength as any other sb3 character would be meaning he can take and deal absurd amounts of punishment (though he's on the low end of that spectrum, so he isn't going to be beating up someone like Mitsunari.)
